Fall Creek is a three-mile creek that spills into Lake Taneycomo in Branson, Missouri. It flows down Illinois Street and under State Highway 165. It is otherwise nearly invisible. Lake Taneycomo is a major trout fishing lake. Upstream of Fall Creek only fly fishing and hard lures are allowed. Downstream of Fall Creek soft lures and real baits can be used. Numerous local businesses take on the name "Fall Creek". In 1998, raw sewage from a broken sewer killed over 4000 fish in the creek. This was said to be "the largest recorded fish kill" in the White River watershed.〔http://extra.mdc.mo.gov/fish/watershed/whriver/watqual/index.htm〕 In 2014, the former manager of the 639 condominium community along the mouth of the creek plead guilty of embezzlement in Federal Court.〔http://www.justice.gov/usao/mow/news2014/underwood.ple.html〕 ==Location== ;Mouth: Confluence with the White River in Lake Taneycomo, Taney County, Missouri: ;Source: Stone County, Missouri: 〔 抄文引用元・出典: フリー百科事典『 ウィキペディア(Wikipedia)』 ■ウィキペディアで「Fall Creek (Missouri)」の詳細全文を読む スポンサード リンク
